Paris Hilton ditched DJing for Joe Biden in favor of attending Britney Spears wedding

(Crankers) Paris Hilton was invited to DJ at a President Biden event, but she declined because she had other commitments. Paris and her mother attended the wedding of Britney Spears and Sam Asghari that threw a fairytale-like ceremony and reception in their LA home.
According to various sources, Hilton was alluding to President Joe Biden’s banquet inviting foreign leaders as part of the ninth Summit of the Americas. This event was held the same night as the pop star’s wedding.
After returning from Spears’ wedding last week, Hilton explained her decision in a “This is Paris” podcast episode headed “This is… We Went to a Wedding Last Night.”
“I was actually asked to DJ for the president and all of the other presidents around the world for the dinner,” she said, “but this was more important to me.”
Hilton also discussed the wedding’s level of secrecy in the podcast.
“Literally, I did not tell anyone, not even the people I asked [for] dresses that were sent, my whole team, my glam, my driver, everyone”, Paris explained, as reported.
Out of respect for the pop superstar, Hilton claimed she won’t speak much about the wedding.
“I’m not gonna go into any details because it was the princess bride’s night and that’s her story to tell. But all I can say is that I am just so incredibly happy for her,” she continued. “She looked stunning. It made me so happy to see that she found her fairytale and they are a beautiful couple and just glowing. It just really warmed my heart to see her just so happy and free.”
Spears married Sam Asghari on June 9 in front of roughly 60 family members and friends at her home in Los Angeles.
Other celebrities that attended the wedding are Donatella Versace, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, and the pop queen Madonna.
Nobody was surprised that Britney’s family, mother, father, and sister, were not invited after their public feud and lawsuit. Many people were surprised, however, that Spears’ sons were not present. Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Vincent Kaplain, stated that the boys did not attend the wedding because they didn’t want to take away the focus from their mother on her big day.
Federline and Spears have been married for two years after a bitter custody battle over their two sons. While Spears’ fans claimed that Kevin Federline was a gold digger, the court ordered Spears to pay $20K in child support and cover additional expenses for Federline. Despite their turbulent relationship, the couple maintains a good relationship for the sake of their children.
