Subaru cop pepper spraying random strangers, just proves that one thing

I am 99% sure this clueless lady cop drives a Subaru. This isn't the first time their police have been mocked for being bad at their job. What the heck is she doing? Whatever it is, it proves women shouldn't be cops.
