Giving babies to people like this should be banned

A gay tiktok user is showing off the baby he allegedly got through a surrogate. This should be illegal. There's a great chance that child will be used, abused, and become a victim. Where are the checks to make sure the babies go to good people with a stable life that includes a mental check? You're gonna see that baby being used on tiktok. This is a shame.
