Some drunk guy in Russia is harassing these two girls sitting on a bench. That's when DAD shows up and handles the business, throwing the guy on the ground face first. That guys face SLAPS the concrete harder than a liberal guy in dress slapping his meat at a drag queen show. The dad realizes he doesn't have to beat the guy any further, even though he easily could have, and it looks like he's calling the police. Either that or he's calling his friends to 'take care of it' if ya catch my drift. They don't play around over in Russia, that's for sure!
