Should it be legal for drivers to plow through protesters? Probably not, but it should be illegal for people to block traffic. Anyone blocking traffic for a protest should be arrested immediately and removed from the street so it's safe for people to drive. People who are just minding their business and going to work don't really care about the protest. No one else does either.
