Journalist prepares to file assault charges against Maxine Waters and Elizabeth Warren

Maxine Waters and Elizabeth Warren may want to get their lawyers ready, because a journalist plans to file assault charges against them. Nick Sortor was trying to ask them questions, during different times, and each incident resulted in someone putting hands on him according to his videos and statements. He now believes there may be a case for assault against both Maxine Waters and Elizabeth Warren - or the people in their crew. Benny Johnson reported more on this, saying:
