A woman in a Nordstrom dressing room in Southern California allegedly caught a man recording her under the stall door. Sophia Schades claims the man had hidden a phone in a crumpled shirt on the floor to film beneath the stall wall.
She immediately confronted him, banging on his door, and he tried to shield his face with a shirt. Mall security said they would watch him, but by the time police arrived, the unidentified man had fled.
Schades has turned to social media for help identifying the suspect and has filed an official report with the Cerrito Sheriff’s Department.
She stated she won’t release the name she has until confirming it with police due to defamation laws, and expressed gratitude for the support and assistance she’s received, promising an update once the name is verified.
