Keona Danee Sanders, 23, is facing charges after allegedly attacking a woman in her 70s with a brick outside the victim’s home, then boasting about it on social media.
The incident, tied to a dispute over a phone number shared by the victim’s granddaughter, led to Sanders allegedly striking the woman at her front door while another person fired a shot at the house where children were present.
The victim suffered a black eye, facial swelling, a bruised lip, and difficulty breathing.
Prosecutors say Sanders later returned to the property and posted online about the assault. She was arraigned on April 22, 2025, for assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, with bond set at $50,000 cash or surety.
