"I PLEAD THE FIFTH" - Democrat ActBlue looks guilty as sin

Representative Jim Jordan (OH), working with other House committees, has ramped up an investigation into ActBlue, pointing to weak fraud-prevention measures, questionable overseas transactions, and accusations that the platform’s CEO misled Congress about screening foreign donations.

The Republican-led probe focuses on key allegations: that ActBlue took large amounts of illicit foreign donations in 2024 through prepaid card transactions; that it repeatedly loosened fraud-prevention rules despite internal warnings; and that CEO Regina Wallace-Jones, along with current and former employees, invoked the Fifth Amendment numerous times during hearings and depositions.

ActBlue denies wrongdoing, calling the investigation political retaliation, insisting it safeguards donor security, has zero tolerance for fraud, and noting less than 1% of its historical donations came from foreign sources.

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice is separately examining foreign funding in federal campaigns.

Let's just say this - if you're pleading the fifth this many times, then you're probably guilty.
