Democrats dropped charges on illegal alien rapist

Looks like Democrats in Virginia love illegal immigrants who rape people. This time DHS called out the Governor for allowing it to happen on her watch. Fox News reported:

In a statement Tuesday, DHS ripped Spanberger on charges of being too soft on illegal immigrant crime, saying, "Under Governor Abigail Spanberger, Virginia has become a hotbed of illegal alien crime."

The latest involves Juan Arevalo Mendez, a 46-year-old twice-deported illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has been charged with rape and abduction in Fairfax County. Arevalo Mendez was arrested last week in Prince William County on charges of rape and abduction with intent to sexually assault stemming from an alleged attack in Fairfax County last September, according to DHS.

I don't get it. Why don't they just lock up the criminals and be done with it, no matter who they are? Break the law, go to jail, it's common sense.

If every politician and judge lived by that, then we'd all be safer. But I guess half of the judges and politicians out there are probably guilty too. Maybe they're just protecting their friends.

Our legal system is screwed up.
