(Crankers) President Donald Trump said he plans to sign an executive order that will mandate ID for every voter. He previously stated that proof of citizenship should be required for all federal elections. It’s unclear when this will take place, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.
Trump posted the following message on Truth Social: “Voter I.D. Must Be Part of Every Single Vote. NO EXCEPTIONS! I Will Be Doing An Executive Order To That End!!!… Also, No Mail-In Voting, Except For Those That Are Very Ill, And The Far Away Military.”
President Trump wants to solidify the voting process to be as protected as possible ensuring only American citizens are voting – and voting only once. Trump has made numerous comments suggesting the 2020 election was stolen, but to date there has been no confirmed ruling on that, and many attempts to overturn or prove cheating had failed.
