(Crankers) A guy was charged with trespassing on Travis Kelce’s property while trying to deliver a subpoena to Taylor Swift.

Justin Lee Fisher, the defendant, was taken into custody on Cherokee Court, about 16 miles from Arrowhead stadium. He was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, according to police records.

Fisher had been working as a process server to deliver legal documents to Swift. She is tied to an ongoing legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni involving the film “It Ends With Us.”

Defense attorney Christopher Scott said the party requesting service sought Swift’s deposition testimony because of her connection to Lively.

Fisher agreed to pay one thousand dollars to enter a year long diversion program that could exonerate him of the charges. Fisher also works as a licensed private investigator. His attorney said a conviction would have jeopardized his ability to keep that license.

In court documents cited by the Kansas City Star, Fisher wrote that he entered the gated property as the gate opened and attempted to speak with security personnel to serve the subpoena. He stated that no one instructed him to leave or expressed concerns about his presence. Police officers then arrived and arrested him .

According to Scott, the prosecution accepted that Fisher behaved within the bounds of his employment and had no motive to be malicious. He characterized the deal with the municipal prosecutor as a cooperative response to an event that escalated due to miscommunication rather than criminal intent.
