(Crankers) It's unclear what's going on with Maxine Waters in this video, but her presence next to Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sparked a reaction from users on social media, specifically with people asking "what's wrong with Mad Maxine?"

Democrat Maxine Waters can be seen in the video with an expressionless face, making almost no facial movement, and just staring into the teleprompter, space, or blankly into another universe.
It's unclear if she was tired, woozy, or boozy from hanging out with Democrat Nancy Pelosi too much.
Waters recently tested positive for the 'rona and was suspected to be exposed at the Summit of Americas event.
Financial Services department of House.gov released a statement from her or her office: “Today, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA), Chairwoman of the House Committee on Financial Services, released the following statement after receiving a positive test result for C-VID-19.
“Yesterday, after learning of a potential exposure at the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, I was notified that I tested positive for C-VID. I am currently isolating and have no symptoms. I am following all protocols as recommended by the Office of the Attending Physician and CDC guidance. I am grateful to be fully vaccinated and to have received two booster shots. If you haven’t received the vaccine and/or booster, I encourage you to do so. I am feeling fine and resting at home.”

Looks like they tried to use some kind of filter to smooth out any wrinkles. This was an epic fail though as it looks like they drew the mouth lines in with marker and left some neck wrinkles in that are weirdly unnatural.
