(Crankers) The only member of Congress who voted NO on releasing the Epstein files was Republican Clay Higgins.
Higgins was the lone member of the U.S. House of Representatives to vote against the legislation. 427 were in favor and only he opposed.
He said his “principled ‘NO’” was because he believed the bill, as written, would expose and harm thousands of innocent people, including witnesses, those who provided alibis, and family members.
He argued it disregarded 250 years of criminal justice tradition in America and that releasing investigative files so broadly could hurt people not accused of any crimes. Higgins added he might support the bill if the Senate revised it to better protect the privacy of victims and other Americans mentioned in the documents.
So basically, Clay Higgins is a scumbag swamp creature who should be drained out of the government. If you support this guy, then you’re basically supporting a pedophile network.
