Ghislaine Maxwell is serving 20-years in a federal jail and wants Trump to reduce her sentence, according to a new document that Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee were able to obtain.

According to Politico, a message Maxwell wrote to her attorney, Leah Saffian, was given to the committee by an anonymous informant. Maxwell stated that she intended to send documents via the warden.

Maxwell wrote that she was struggling to organize the material because of the number of required attachments. She added that more documents were coming and that she hoped the final package would make sense.

The Supreme Court previously declined to hear Maxwell’s appeal of her conviction. Trump has not ruled out the possibility of a pardon or commutation.

Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland, the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, sent a six page letter to Trump on Sunday. He demanded answers about Maxwell’s prison conditions after she was moved from a low security federal prison in Florida to an even lower security facility in Texas.

That transfer occurred after a meeting between Maxwell and Deputy U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche that lasted most of a day.

Raskin’s letter followed another detailed letter he sent in August. He called on Blanche to testify before the House Judiciary Committee and to provide information about what Democrats describe as possible misconduct.

According to ABC News, Raskin said the committee needs to determine whether there was any improper exchange of favors or pressure to obtain testimony that could benefit anyone linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

Additionally, Raskin cautioned Trump against pardoning Maxwell<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g>. He stated that while she is serving her term, the government shouldn’t grant her any special treatment or benefits.

Why is Raskin against this? If Maxwell spills the beans on everyone in exchange for a pardon, then isn’t that a good thing?

A guy was charged with trespassing on Travis Kelce’s property while trying to deliver a subpoena to Taylor Swift.

Justin Lee Fisher, the defendant, was taken into custody on Cherokee Court, about 16 miles from Arrowhead stadium. He was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, according to police records.

Fisher had been working as a process server to deliver legal documents to Swift. She is tied to an ongoing legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni involving the film “It Ends With Us.”

Defense attorney Christopher Scott said the party requesting service sought Swift’s deposition testimony because of her connection to Lively.

Fisher agreed to pay one thousand dollars to enter a year long diversion program that could exonerate him of the charges. Fisher also works as a licensed private investigator. His attorney said a conviction would have jeopardized his ability to keep that license.

In court documents cited by the Kansas City Star, Fisher wrote that he entered the gated property as the gate opened and attempted to speak with security personnel to serve the subpoena. He stated that no one instructed him to leave or expressed concerns about his presence. Police officers then arrived and arrested him<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

                        </g>.

According to Scott, the prosecution accepted that Fisher behaved within the bounds of his employment and had no motive to be malicious. He characterized the deal with the municipal prosecutor as a cooperative response to an event that escalated due to miscommunication rather than criminal intent.

Authorities are looking into whether Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the National Guard shooting suspect, was blackmailed by the Taliban into carrying out the attack near the White House, which resulted in the death of one soldier and the serious injuries of another.

Lakanwal, an Afghan national who once served in U.S.-backed forces, was arrested after allegedly opening fire on Guard troops outside the Farragut West Metro station. Investigators are examining whether threats against his family in Afghanistan were used to coerce him. An intelligence source said that many resettled Afghans face intense pressure because the Taliban often targets relatives who remain in the country.

Prosecutors say he drove from Washington state in a Hyundai sedan and used a .357 caliber revolver to shoot U.S. Army Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, who died of her injuries, and Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, who remains in critical condition. A supervisor speaking with the troops said Lakanwal shouted “Allahu Akbar”<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> before firing. The supervisor returned fire, wounded him, and helped subdue him.

Before the shooting, Lakanwal reportedly worked as a delivery driver in Bellingham, Washington, and was supporting his wife and five children while dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder. Officials note that others who aided U.S. forces in Afghanistan have faced retaliation worldwide.

Lakanwal may be executed if found guilty of first-degree murder. He entered a not guilty plea in court by video from a hospital bed. January is his next hearing.

Following the incident, the Trump administration froze pending refugee approvals and immigration applications from 19 countries and declared it would block migration from all “third world” countries. It has ordered an additional 500 National Guard soldiers to Washington and is thinking of extending the pause to 32 nations.

A grand jury declined to indict N.Y. Attorney General Letitia James after the first case was dismissed. That’s a massive win for Democrats, but Megyn Kelly might have some information that could give the GOP hope of ending Letitia’s career.

Kelly revealing a leaked text message that makes Letitia James look somewhat guilty, but is it enough to make a grand jury allow indictment? It’s unclear, but here’s what we know…

It was a text message to her own accountant that could be the final blow, pointing directly to mortgage and tax fraud. Kelly says the DOJ’s new evidence includes a March 28, 2024 message from James that reads, “I do not want to take a deduction. It looks suspicious.”

Here’s the issue-she was allegedly claiming that deduction for years by listing her Virginia property as an investment on her taxes to score better breaks, all while telling her mortgage lender it was her primary residence. That could be classic mortgage fraud, and the paper trail should make it clear.

Megyn Kelly had plenty to say about Letitia James and the possible mortgage fraud issue. James reportedly told the IRS her Virginia home was an investment property and claimed deductions to match that classification. Those deductions suggested she never planned to live there, which would violate the mortgage terms she’d agreed to. Allegedly, she’d been doing this for years. Then, in March 2024, with polls showing Trump on the rise, she apparently panicked and told her accountant to skip the deduction because it “looks suspicious.” She knew exactly what she was doing.

Kelly says the timing isn’t a coincidence. Trump was the 2024 nominee and Biden was collapsing, which meant that James saw Trump as a threat who could have someone look into her after all the lawfare.

You can try to run and hide, but didn’t work out in this guy’s favor!

Cashmir Chinedu Luke, 66, faces federal charges and was arrested at San Francisco International Airport while trying to board an international trip to Nigeria, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The CEO is accused of committing a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme that targeted funding meant for American veterans.

Federal prosecutors allege that Luke operated Four Corners Health LLC, a company contracted to provide in-home, non-medical support for elderly veterans through the Veterans Community Care Program, which reimburses private agencies for approved care.

Investigators say that between December 2019 and July 2024, Luke orchestrated an extensive billing scheme in which he submitted thousands of claims for services that were never delivered. Court filings state that he submitted roughly 10,000 fraudulent claims to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Examples listed in the complaint include billing for hours caregivers did not work, charging for care on days when no employee visited a veteran, issuing duplicate claims for the same services, and billing for care supposedly provided weeks after certain veterans had already died.

Prosecutors say Luke continued submitting false claims<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

Investigators claim he then rapidly spent the funds on luxury purchases or moved the money through additional accounts in Asia and Africa.

The VA paid about $7 million in total for the fraudulent claims. Assistant U.S. Attorney Calvin Lee is in charge of the prosecution, while the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General is in charge of the investigation.

Important information was revealed about the death of Texas A&M cheerleader and student Brianna Aguilera, who fell 17 floors from an Austin high-rise during a party.

Investigators reported that they had found a digital suicide note that had been erased, and the 19-year-old’s previous suicidal remarks to multiple friends, including just hours before her death.

Her mother criticized the Austin Police Department, claiming the circumstances surrounding her daughter’s fall appear suspicious and insisting Aguilera would not have taken her own life. Police addressed the criticism directly, outlining the evidence collected since the incident.

Detective Robert Marshall said Aguilera’s phone contained a suicide note dated Nov. 25 and that witnesses reported she had made similar statements as early as October, continuing into the night of her death.

Investigators also noted she appeared heavily intoxicated at the Austin Rugby Club tailgate and was asked to leave around 10 PM. Witnesses said she dropped her phone repeatedly, wandered into a wooded area, and later arrived with a group of friends at the 21 Rio Apartments around 11 PM, as confirmed by surveillance footage.

Most people in the apartment left shortly after, leaving Aguilera and three other women inside<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g>. Despite losing her phone earlier, she borrowed another device at 12:43 AM to call her boyfriend, who was not in Austin.

Witnesses and the boyfriend confirmed an argument took place. Two minutes later, at 12:46 AM, a resident reported hearing a “thud” and finding a woman on the ground. Police said none of her friends witnessed the fall.

According to Marshall, there is no evidence of foul play in the digital records, video recordings, or several interviews. It is essential to address the inaccurate data spreading online, which was underlined by police leadership. Aguilera’s parents have hired lawyer Tony Buzbee to conduct additional research because they continue to believe that the death was not a suicide, but something much worse.

Due to his 1998 conviction for child molestation involving a 13-year-old girl, Michael English, a Democratic candidate for mayor of Providence, has generated a great deal of controversy. English argues that his criminal record does not legally disqualify him from running for office and invites voters to take into account the improvements he has made since his incarceration.

In other words, if you’re judging him on one little molestation crime, then you’re just being judgmental and you’re the bad guy for using it against him.

Yeah, because that’s what a logical person would actually do. Anyone who votes for this guy supports molesting teenagers. You see how that works?

The 2026 mayoral race currently includes incumbent Mayor Brett Smiley, state Rep. David Morales, and English, who is 54. A recent report from the Providence Journal brought renewed attention to English’s past. In 1998, he was convicted and served 15 months in prison, even though prosecutors recommended a 40-year sentence with seven years to serve. He was ordered to register as a sex offender for 10 years.

A decade later, English served another 19 months after the victim accused him of violating a no-contact order by showing up at her home. He told the Providence Journal he was living across the street from her at the time, which he says contributed to the accusation.

English acknowledges his criminal record openly. On his campaign website, he describes himself as a “blue-collar Democrat,” and in an open letter, he admits he dropped out of high school, made “immature decisions,” and was incarcerated in the 1990s. He says that after completing his sentence, he focused on self-improvement, earning a GED, a paralegal certificate, and multiple college degrees.

He maintains that his conviction does not disqualify him from running for mayor<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> and argues that his personal turnaround should matter to voters. English also criticizes the other candidates, referring to Morales as a “socialist” and claiming Mayor Smiley is not the right choice for the city. He believes he has a path to victory if voters give him a chance.

According to an earlier court rule meant to protect child victims, the case file for English’s conviction is classified as confidential, according to the Providence Journal. The issue surrounding his candidacy has been intensified by the policy’s restrictions on public access to details.

A female cop in New Jersey took a plea deal after she got caught breaking into her ex-lover’s home, threatening him and his new lover in a rage-fueled attack you could only imagine seeing on an episode of Cheaters or Jerry Springer.

The now former officer, Rebecca Sayegh, 32, busted in the front door, scratched the hood of a car in the driveway, and apparently it got a little crazy.

When the cops who were on duty arrived, they took her into custody and she faced a wrath of charges that were later reduced after she entered a guilty plea.

Sayegh’s original charges were invasion burglary, resisting arrest, terroristic threats, and two counts of assault and criminal mischief. She allegedly did about $2,500 in damages during her little incident.

Rebecca Sayegh<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

The strong arm of the law is also requesting that she get sentenced to 180 days in jail, restitution, and NO contact with the victims.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Sayegh was also in the midst of a sexual harassment lawsuit against a few of her superiors. But that lawsuit was dismissed, so nothing more to see there.

On the contrary, Sayegh does have a good side. She was brave and saved a homeowner and some pets from a home that was burning down a few years ago.

A woke liberal judge just took a knee to the neck of her entire jury after they found a man guilty, but the judge said NOPE and set a criminal free.

It’s like the jury wasn’t even there at all as Hennepin County Judge Sarah West took it upon herself to decide the case, despite the jury saying the man was clearly guilty in his part of a $7 million fraud case. She overturned it faster than flipping an egg.

The jury said Abdifatah Abdulkadir was guilty of both fraud and racketeering charges and it wasn’t even a difficult case. In fact, Judge West’s decision was so bad that the jury was actually stunned by what happened. They couldn’t believe the judge let this man walk free.

“It was not a difficult decision whatsoever. The deliberation took probably four hours at most. Based off of the state’s evidence that was presented, it was beyond a reasonable doubt,” Ben Walfoort, the jury’s foreman, said.

“We didn’t take our job lightly,” another juror told KARE 11<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g>. “We went through a lot of evidence and discussed a lot, took our time, but we all came to an agreement pretty easily.” (source<use href="#wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path"></use>)

So now we sit back and wait for someone to take a look into Judge Sarah West and what connections she might have to the criminal.

If a jury says someone is guilty, without a doubt, then how can a judge just overturn it like that? I think, in this case, it needs to be looked at again. It just doesn’t even make sense to have a jury if the judge is simply going to override the ruling like that.

I’m sure there are times when a jury might get something a little bit wrong, but this was a $7.2 million fraud case and the jury sounded like they had it correct.

So what went wrong and will Judge Sarah West be held accountable for her actions?

Weinhagen allegedly spent some of that money on a Hawaii oceanfront getaway.

The 42-year-old, facing federal charges since October, is expected to plead guilty to five counts of fraud involving a fake company, a phony obituary, and funds stolen from a $30,000 Crime Stoppers donation.

Looks like we have two Trump-hating politicians facing instant karma this week.

First Ruben Gallego was accused of mortgage fraud months ago and that resurfaced. Now, Mr. Morals himself, Republican Indiana Senator Michael Bohacek’s incident with the police is in the limelight.

Indiana State Senator Mike Bohacek, a Republican representing District 8, has formally accepted a plea deal in a misdemeanor DUI case that stemmed from an incident earlier this year. The agreement was finalized back on August 28, but the story is making waves now tha Gallego is running his little mouth.

The case dates back to January 24, 2025, when a citizen called police after allegedly seeing Bohacek drinking from an open container and stumbling out of his vehicle in a Michigan City restaurant parking lot.

Officers later located his vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. A blood-alcohol test reportedly showed Bohacek had a 0.28% BAC, more than three times the legal limit in Indiana.

Bohacek was not immediately arrested at the time due to legislative immunity, a constitutional protection that prevents lawmakers from being taken into custody while the legislature is in session except for certain serious crimes.

Even after prosecutors filed charges on May 15, 2025, the case remained sealed for months. During that time, Bohacek continued serving in the Senate and maintained limited driving privileges under an alcohol-monitoring requirement.

The plea deal resolves the case with Bohacek pleading guilty<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor. As part of the agreement, prosecutors dismissed two additional charges: operating a vehicle while intoxicated in a manner that endangered another person, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Under the sentence, Bohacek received a 365-day suspended jail term, meaning he will not serve time behind bars if he completes the conditions of the agreement. He will instead serve 365 days of informal probation, pay several hundred dollars in fines and court fees, and complete a substance-abuse evaluation as well as required counseling through a county treatment program. The court also issued a 20-day driver’s license suspension.

Bohacek has served in the Indiana Senate since 2016 and represents portions of LaPorte, St. Joseph, and Starke counties. Neither he nor his office issued an extensive public statement at the time of the plea, though the case has drawn attention because it involved a sitting lawmaker and because the charges were kept sealed for weeks after being filed.

With the plea deal now finalized, the case is considered resolved, but the incident leaves Bohacek with a misdemeanor conviction and ongoing probation obligations, and it may continue to raise questions among constituents as the next legislative session approaches.

No one is safe in Gavin Newsom’s California, not even the rich and famous people with fancy homes and alarm systems!

burglars broke into the Studio City home of music producer Benny Blanco’s mother while she was home alone, but she was unharmed.

Blanco’s mother, who is also singer Selena Gomez’s mother-in-law, was left shaken after three thugs smashed a sliding glass door to get inside the two-story house. She barricaded herself in a bathroom and called 911, but by the time police arrived at around 9:15 p.m., the suspects had already fled.

The intruders ransacked several rooms and took some property, though it’s unclear what exactly was stolen. Neighbors and property records confirmed the victim’s identity, and she told authorities the men kicked the bathroom door off its hinges.

Police have no descriptions of the suspects, but neighbors say break-ins have been on the rise in the area.

Two Minnesota Democrats said they were pepper sprayed during a protest against ICE raids. So basically the Democrats are admitting that they stand up for criminals who break into the country, instead of Americans.

That’s all I hear out of this. What about you?

Two Minnesota state lawmakers say they were hit with pepper spray during a tense protest in St. Paul on Tuesday night, after police moved in to break up a crowd gathered around what many believed was an immigration-related federal operation.

According to FOX 9, the protest formed on Rose Avenue after federal agents arrived to arrest a man allegedly wanted for re-entering the country illegally after a prior deportation. People living in the neighborhood quickly came outside, and the scene grew into a larger demonstration as word spread that ICE or federal task-force officers were involved.

As the crowd pushed closer to the police perimeter, St. Paul officers were called in to support the federal team. Police say some individuals in the group armed themselves with rocks and sticks and tried to block law-enforcement vehicles. That’s when officers deployed tear gas and pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

State Reps. Athena Hollins and Liish Kozlowski were among the people on the street at the time. Both lawmakers later told FOX 9<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> they were pepper-sprayed during the chaos, saying they were attempting to observe the situation when they were caught in the cloud. Neither reported serious injury, though both said the moment was unexpected and alarming.

The St. Paul Police Department released a brief statement confirming that crowd-control chemicals were used but did not comment specifically on the lawmakers’ claims. Police Chief Axel Henry said officers responded after receiving reports that parts of the crowd had become aggressive and that the situation was starting to spiral.

Mayor Melvin Carter said his office would review the use-of-force during the incident and look into how the federal operation was coordinated. State leaders also said they had no prior notice that the raid was going to take place in a residential neighborhood.

As of now, there’s no independent verification, such as released bodycam footage, showing the exact moment Hollins or Kozlowski were sprayed, and it’s not yet clear whether the department will conduct a full internal investigation. In other words, no one is sure if they really got pepper-sprayed at all. Maybe they were lying.

The man federal agents came to arrest was taken into custody, and the protest eventually dispersed. Local officials say they expect more information in the coming days as they review what happened and why the situation escalated so quickly.

The corruption runs deep, even with judges! And now this one is facing jail for what she did with that illegal immigrant!!

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan is heading to federal trial in December after being indicted on charges that she helped an undocumented man avoid arrest by federal immigration agents inside her courthouse. The U.S. Department of Justice says the judge’s actions went beyond normal judicial duties and violated federal law.

According to federal charging documents, the incident occurred on April 18, 2025, after ICE agents arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse to take Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an undocumented immigrant appearing on a state criminal matter, into federal custody. Prosecutors say that during the court session, Judge Dugan directed Flores-Ruiz and his attorney to leave through a side jury-room door, bypassing agents waiting at the main courtroom exit.

The FBI arrested Dugan on April 25, and a federal grand jury indicted her on May 13, 2025, on two counts:

Obstruction of a federal proceeding, a felony;

Concealing a person from arrest, a misdemeanor.

If convicted on both counts, Dugan faces up to six years in federal prison<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

Her attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the charges, arguing that she acted within her judicial authority and was protected by judicial immunity. However, a federal judge rejected that argument, ruling that immunity does not apply when a judge’s alleged actions “go well beyond” typical courtroom responsibilities.

The case will proceed to trial, with jury selection set to begin December 11–12, and opening arguments scheduled for December 15. Federal prosecutors say they expect to call as many as 28 witnesses, and will present courtroom security footage, law-enforcement testimony, and internal courthouse communications.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has already suspended Dugan from the bench, and she currently remains free pending trial. She has pleaded not guilty, and no plea deal has been announced.

The Department of Justice has not commented beyond the indictment, and Dugan’s legal team continues to argue that the charges are unprecedented and politically motivated. Until the trial concludes, she remains presumed innocent under federal law.

You know what I say, lock them all up! They’re corrupt and belong in jail!

Authorities have identified Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a 29-year-old Afghan national, as the suspect in Wednesday’s shooting that left two West Virginia National Guard members critically wounded just blocks from the White House.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department and federal officials, the shooting took place around 2:15 p.m. on November 26, 2025, near 17th and I Streets NW, an area heavily patrolled due to heightened federal security operations in the capital. Officials described the attack as a “targeted ambush” on uniformed Guard members assigned to a protective security mission.

Investigators say Lakanwal allegedly approached the Guardsmen and opened fire with a handgun. The two soldiers were hit multiple times and transported to area hospitals in critical condition. Officers returning fire struck Lakanwal, who was then taken into custody and transported for medical treatment.

Law-enforcement sources told multiple outlets that Lakanwal entered the United States in 2021 through Afghan evacuation and resettlement programs following the collapse of the Afghan government. Public records reviewed by investigators indicate he lived previously in Washington State before arriving in the D.C. area.

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security are treating the shooting as a potential act of terrorism, though officials say no motive has been determined. Authorities also said there is no current evidence of additional suspects involved in the attack.

The shooting triggered temporary lockdowns around the White House complex and nearby federal buildings. Additional federal security teams were deployed, and President Donald Trump ordered 500 more National Guard troops to reinforce protection in the capital.

Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser and city police officials called the incident “deeply alarming,” stressing that the investigation is ongoing. The names of the wounded Guardsmen have not been publicly released.

Lakanwal remains hospitalized under federal custody as investigators review his background, immigration history, and possible communications tied to the attack.

A rideshare driver’s quick response may have saved a passenger’s life after police say the woman’s husband repeatedly rammed the car in a domestic violence-related attack earlier this month in Vancouver, Washington.

The incident happened around 5 a.m. on Nov. 15, shortly after the driver picked up a passenger from work. According to Vancouver Police, another vehicle began chasing them and “aggressively pursuing and intentionally ramming” the rideshare car. Officers say the suspect slammed into the vehicle four times, collapsing the rear end and nearly forcing it off a 20-foot embankment.

Despite the damage, the rideshare driver managed to escape and drove directly to the Vancouver Police west precinct, where officers immediately assisted. The driver was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police identified the suspect as the passenger’s husband and say detectives have located the vehicle involved but are still working to find him. Investigators are coordinating with other agencies to ensure the safety of everyone connected to the case.

“We want to acknowledge the incredible courage and quick thinking of the rideshare driver, whose actions likely prevented a tragedy,” Vancouver Police said in a statement.

“We are committed to protecting victims, supporting survivors, and holding offenders accountable.”

Democrat Somalian Ilhan Omar, who faces plenty of calls to self-deport, was on record saying that Somalians help America thrive.

Well, well, well, what do we have here?

Oh, nothing but the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BUSTING A 78th SUSPECT ACCUSED OF BEING PART OF A MASSIVE $250 MILLION DOLLAR MONEY LAUNDERING SCAM.

The widely-circulated quote from Rep. Ilhan Omar happened when she was speaking a community event in Minneapolis and celebrating Somali Independence Day back in July of 2023. She said: “The Somali community is not only making Minnesota a better place, but we are helping America thrive. We’ve built businesses, strengthened neighborhoods, and we contribute every single day.”

So yeah, they help America thrive by giving the DOJ something to do everyday. I guess it’s all about perspective, right?

This is what the DOJ reported on the people scamming the system<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

                        </g>:

Abdirashid Bixi Dool, age 36, was charged in a seven-count indictment with wire fraud and money laundering for his participation in the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme, announced U.S. Attorney Daniel N. Rosen. Dool made his initial appearance this afternoon in federal court. Dool is the 78th defendant charged in the largest Covid-19 fraud scheme in the country.

Dool co-operated and served on the boards of two Minnesota non-profits, Bilaal Mosque Inc. and Multicultural Resource Center Inc (MRC). Dool also served as the President of MRC. Through those companies, Dool and a second person identified in the indictment as “Conspirator A” participated in the Federal Child Nutrition Program under the sponsorship of Feeding Our Future. Dool and Conspirator A purported to operate two food sites—the Bilaal food site in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, and the MRC food site in Moorhead, Minnesota.

As set forth in the indictment, at those sites, Dool falsely claimed to be serving over 40,000 meals to children every week. Through the Bilaal site alone, Dool claimed to serve 6,000 meals to children every day, seven days a week. That daily figure is more than double the entire population, children and adults, of the outstate town that is home is Bilaal. In support of his false claims, Dool submitted fraudulent invoices, purporting to detail the food purchased by Bilaal and MRC to feed hungry children. In reality, Dool purchased very little food. Dool also submitted phony rosters purporting to list the names of the hungry children who he fed at his meal sites. These rosters were also fake.

Between March 2021 and February 2022, Bilaal and MRC received about $1.1 million in Federal Child Nutrition Program funds from Feeding Our Future. However, little of this money was used by Dool to purchase food. Instead, Dool and Conspirator A laundered most of the taxpayer dollars to their families and to themselves. Dool used his cut of the fraud proceeds to travel and to buy real estate in Minnesota.

This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Joseph H. Thompson, Harry M. Jacobs, and Daniel W. Bobier are prosecuting the case.

An indictment is merely an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

The man charged with killing a Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic detail last spring returned to court Monday, where his attorney signaled plans to pursue an insanity defense.

Rodney Hinton is accused of intentionally hitting retired Deputy Larry Henderson with a vehicle while Henderson was directing traffic outside the University of Cincinnati’s graduation ceremony in May.

The incident happened just one day after Hinton had watched body camera footage showing Cincinnati Police fatally shooting his son, Ryan.

Hinton’s attorney has also asked the court to restrict the release of certain body camera videos tied to the case, arguing that the footage could harm his client’s chance at a fair trial. Some of the videos the defense sought to withhold include efforts to save Henderson’s life after he was struck.

The judge rejected the request, clearing the way for the material to be released.

Hinton’s trial is scheduled to begin in April.

A 40-year-old New York man was arrested after allegedly attacking a police officer who responded to a disturbance, authorities said.

Officer Hyvarinen arrived on scene alone and approached the suspect, a Daniel Morris, who police say initially raised his hands as if to surrender.

But that wasn’t his plan at all!

Moments later, Morris allegedly punched the officer in the face and pulled him into a headlock. They ended up on the ground and Morris reportedly struck Hyvarinen a second time.

Fool me once, fool me twice!

That’s when the cop subdued Morris using force “proportionate to the threat.” Both men had busted up faces, but only one of them will walk away with a criminal record.

Morris was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and later charged with assault on public safety personnel, interfering with an officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $75,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court to see if he’ll get three hots and a cot.

New York prosecutors say they’ve broken up a highly organized porch-pirate ring that spent two years stealing FedEx packages loaded with electronics and smartphones.

Sadly it took two years to bust the ring of thieves, but at least people can get their Black Friday sales delivered without worry… or at least less worrying.

Fourteen suspects were indicted on enterprise corruption, grand larceny, identity theft, and other felony charges, Suffolk County prosecutors announced Monday. Investigators say the group carried out at least 48 thefts between October 2023 and February 2025.

According to District Attorney Raymond Tierney, the crew allegedly manipulated FedEx’s delivery system to create fake cellphone orders and route them to random homes across Suffolk County without the residents’ knowledge.

A network of “runners” then grabbed the packages as soon as they were dropped off, while others handled the resale of the stolen devices. In one case, a defendant allegedly snatched a package from an elderly woman whose home had been used as a decoy address.

Prosecutors say the operation was run from two Bronx locations, where one ringleader allegedly supplied runners with insider FedEx tracking details, including customer names, addresses, device information, and tracking numbers tied to Verizon and AT&T shipments.

Video released by investigators shows suspects intercepting delivery drivers and scooping up packages moments after they were left on doorsteps. Prosecutors say the stolen electronics were funneled to wholesalers who moved them both in the U.S. and overseas.

During the investigation, authorities recovered more than 200 new smartphones, other electronics, an IMEI scanner, and over $100,000 in cash from a Bronx stash house. Officials say the IMEI scanner, typically used for inventory, can also be abused to clone devices or aid identity theft.

FedEx said it cooperated fully with the investigation and is working with law enforcement to combat increasingly sophisticated theft schemes so the scumbags could finally FIND OUT after they’ve been messing around so long!

Looks like Fugees rapper Pras Michel KILLING HIS FREEDOM SOFTLY WITH HIS DONATIONS TO THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN!

OMG WHAT A DUMMY THIS GUY IS!!

The Grammy-winning rapper got SLAMMED in court and sentenced to 14 years in federal prison after being convicted of funneling foreign money into the 2012 re-election campaign of Barack Obama.

In April 2023, a federal jury found Michel guilty on 10 counts including conspiracy to defraud the United States, acting as an unregistered foreign agent, and campaign-finance violations. Prosecutors said Michel accepted more than $120 million from Malaysian financier Low Taek Jho (also known as “Jho Low”), then funneled some of the money into the Obama campaign through about 20 straw donors.

It’s crazy that someone who’s already famous would even consider doing something this stupid. And who’s in jail for it? He is, not Obama.

During the trial, high-profile witnesses appeared, including actor Leonardo DiCaprio and former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, testifying to the international scope of Michel’s scheme and its ties to alleged embezzlement from Malaysia’s 1MDB fund. It’s not clear if Leonardo DiCaprio was looking around for girls under 25 at the time, nor is it relevant to the Fugees guy going to the slammer.

In handing down the sentence, U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar‑Kotelly required Pras Michel to serve 14 years<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> AND to forfeit nearly $64 million. His attorney described the sentence as “completely disproportionate to the offense,” while prosecutors argued it reflected the “breadth and depth” of Michel’s wrongdoing.

Imagine having $64 million in the bank and being this much of an idiot.

NEVER DONATE OR HELP A POLITICIAN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Obama should’ve given this guy a pre-pardon on the way out, but he didn’t, and now Pras is going to jail for 14-years for helping the idiot who destroyed healthcare for the middle class. Yeah, you know Obamacare sucks.

Michel will appeal the verdict and the sentence. He must report to prison in the coming weeks. The case marks one of the most significant convictions of a celebrity connected to campaign-finance and foreign-influence schemes in U.S. history.

With $64 million, he should run and try to be a refugee in a country that won’t extradite him.

At this point, what’s he got to lose?

What did helping Obama do for him?

NOTHING!

The Village of Oak Lawn has agreed to pay $825,000 to a Bridgeview man who was arrested as a teenager during a 2022 traffic stop.

YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY!!!

Hadi Abuatelah, now 21, was 17 when Oak Lawn officers pulled over a vehicle in July 2022 and claimed they smelled marijuana. Body camera footage shows Abuatelah running from the stop before officers caught him in the street. Video from the arrest captured officers striking him repeatedly and deploying a taser, injuries that sent him to the hospital.

Prosecutors later alleged one officer punched the teen more than 10 times, though charges against that officer were ultimately dropped by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Abuatelah, meanwhile, pleaded guilty in juvenile court to unlawful use of a weapon in connection with the incident.

He later filed a $2 million civil lawsuit against the village and its police department. On Tuesday, the Oak Lawn Village Board voted to settle the case for $825,000. Officials said the move was driven largely by pressure from the village’s insurance carrier, which will cover all but $250,000 of the payout.

Oak Lawn Mayor Terry Vorderer, a former police officer himself, said the board did not believe the settlement reflected wrongdoing by the department, but that current political scrutiny of law enforcement played a role in the decision.

“This settlement puts the entire matter behind us and finds no fault in the actions of our fine police department,” Vorderer said.

Sounds like he’s standing up for criminals instead of the cops.

Not committing a crime but talking about it out loud might be just as bad for two brothers plotting to attack ICE agents!

John (54), a vice principal, and Mark (59) Bennet were arrested en route to Las Vegas at Norfolk International Airport. They are arrested under suspicion of committing acts of violence against ICE officers as they were on their way to meet “like-minded individuals.”

An off duty Norfolk police officer reported<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

A criminal complaint says Mark Bennett admitted that he recently bought an assault rifle for use with explosive rounds. The document says he believed those rounds could penetrate protective vests worn by ICE agents. The complaint also states that John Bennett, an assistant principal at Kempsville High School, wanted to join the Las Vegas trip.

It says he told his brother that he wanted to go hunting during the visit. Hunting for what or who, exactly?

Investigators say Mark Bennett bought a ticket to fly to Las Vegas. Officials have not confirmed whether John Bennett also purchased a ticket for that flight.

After officers arrested him, the Virginia Beach school district placed John Bennett on administrative leave. His LinkedIn profile shows that he once took a year away from teaching to work in police patrol.

Both brothers were charged by the prosecutor with one count of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding. They were granted bond by the judge after their arraignment.

The authorities state that the goal of these arrests is to prevent and intervene before actual actions take place, since interventions reduce the probability of violence.

Miami Springs police are investigating after surveillance footage captured a man entering a dance studio and sniffing a seat immediately after an underage girl got up and left.

The incident occurred at a dance studio where the young student had just finished a lesson and vacated a seat. Within seconds the man entered the space, knelt by the cushion and appeared to inhale the spot she had been sitting on. He was all up in that seat with his nose, rubbing it all over like a true weirdo.

The studio’s owner discovered the clip late Tuesday night while closing and notified police. Police Chief Matthew Castillo described the behavior as “disturbing and strange,” adding that officers reviewed the footage and identified the individual seen in the video.

Officials say the man’s location is known and prosecutors are being consulted regarding possible charges, though no formal filing was announced at the time of reporting. I’m sure they’ll find him because someone on social media will know this guy and call it out.

The girl’s identity has not been released publicly, and the studio declined to provide her age beyond saying she is a minor, which is obvious to everyone. Duh.

The dance studio stated it is cooperating fully with law enforcement and will be reviewing its safety and access protocols, including enhanced monitoring of entry and visitor screening. Until further official updates, the case remains under active investigation by Miami Springs police and prosecutors.

Just in time for the Epstein files to come out!

Too soon?

I’m guessing New Jersey’s governor elect Mikie Sherrill won’t be hanging this photo up on her mantle any time soon, especially with who’s in it. Of course, the court hasn’t played out yet, but this guy was charged with some really messed up stuff!

A Democrat former mayor in New Jersey was arrested on some really messed up charges that involve sickening crimes against a minor who was allegedly groomed online.

Andrew LaBruno was arrested and charged with multiple felonies after prosecutors said he assaulted a minor in Englewood, New Jersey. LaBruno, 44, is also a police sergeant with the Jersey City Police Department and was taken into custody on November 17, 2025.

According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, LaBruno met the juvenile through a social-media app and went to the minor’s home. Investigators allege that LaBruno injected or applied an unknown substance to the victim’s hand, then pressed the victim’s hand over the victim’s mouth and nose, causing dizziness and impairment. Prosecutors say LaBruno proceeded<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g> to commit sexual acts on the victim while the victim was incapacitated.

LaBruno is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault by force or coercion, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held without bail at the Bergen County Jail.

The Jersey City Police Department has suspended LaBruno without pay. He previously served as mayor of Dumont from 2020 to 2023 and recently ran unsuccessfully for the New Jersey General Assembly in District 39.

The case remains in the pre-trial phase, and no plea has been entered beyond initial denials of wrongdoing. Prosecutors say additional evidence, including victim statements and physical evidence, has been collected as the investigation continues.

HOLY SCHNIKES! California and Gavin Newsom get BUSTED handing out illegal CDL driver licenses.

DUDE! This is beyond MESSED UP because these are licenses so you can drive a massive TRUCK and there have been horrendous accidents.

This isn’t a little moped license so Senator Scott Weiner can pick up his boyfriend at Starbucks and sit on the back and hug each other driving around LA. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM.

I remember being 16-years-old and if I got a street sign wrong on the test, then I couldn’t even get my learner’s permit. But there goes California doing things the wrong way once again.

</g>, so take it for what it’s worth:

Department will continue to push California’s to revoke all illegal non-domiciled CDLs or pull $160 million in federal funds

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean P. Duffy announced today that the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has admitted to illegally issuing 17,000 non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs) to dangerous foreign drivers. Thanks to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) ongoing audit, each of these licenses are being revoked.

“After weeks of claiming they did nothing wrong, Gavin Newsom and California have been caught red-handed. Now that we’ve exposed their lies, 17,000 illegally issued trucking licenses are being revoked,” said U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy. “This is just the tip of the iceberg. My team will continue to force California to prove they have removed every illegal immigrant from behind the wheel of semitrucks and school buses.”

Notices have been issued to the 17,000 non-domiciled CDL holders that their license no longer meets federal requirements and will expire in 60 days. FMCSA requires California to provide its full audit of all its non-domiciled CDLs so the agency can verify that every illegally issued license has been revoked and that the failures that allowed these licenses to be issued are corrected.

Reminder:

FMCSA’s nationwide non-domiciled CDL audit uncovered systemic policy, procedural, and programming errors in California’s non-domiciled CDL program which allowed thousands of CDLs to be illegally issued to foreign drivers. The audit also found that more than one in four of the non-domiciled CDL records sampled in California failed to comply with federal regulations. This includes issuing licenses that extended well beyond a foreigner’s work permit.

Other FMSCA actions against California:

In October, the Department announced it is withholding over $40 million from California following an investigation that found the state has failed to comply with the Department’s English Language Proficiency (ELP) standards.

The Department first threatened to withhold funds from California in August if they failed to adopt and enforce ELP requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers. In July, California Highway Patrol has publicly stated it had no intention of following this important federal regulation.

In May, Secretary Duffy signed an order announcing new guidelines to strengthen English language enforcement for commercial truck operators. Under the new guidance, commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers who fail to comply with FMCSA longstanding English-language proficiency (ELP) requirements will be placed out-of-service.

NY Governor Kathy Hochul may want to read the room after this one. Hochul was seen in a video, posted to X, saying how she’s made the subway system safer in New York City – but this was hours after a migrant allegedly set a woman on fire while she was sleeping, then sat there and watched her burn to death – also allegedly.

The horrifying incident was on video and the man who was sitting there watching the woman burn was arrested. Reports say he’s a migrant from Guatemala.
Hochul said in her video that crime went down on the subway because she put the National Guard in action, except her safety measures didn’t stop the migrant from allegedly burning a woman to death right on the subway itself.

Hochul said on X: “In March, I took action to make our subways safer for the millions of people who take the trains each day… Since deploying the @NationalGuardNY to support @NYPDnews and @MTA safety efforts and adding cameras to all subway cars, crime is going down, and ridership is going up.”

Hochul posted her statement about subway safety about eight hours after the migrant had already lit the woman on fire and it was reported all over social media. There was no reason that Hochul should not have known this happened. It was like she posted it and didn’t even check the news of the day, because headlines about the woman lit on fire were all over the place. You can watch Hochul’s video here<use href="#wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path"></use>.

The New York Daily News was slammed just as bad for having a very misleading headline about the sad story. They said on X: “Woman dies after she catches fire in Brooklyn subway car; NYPD suspects homicide.”

It’s as if the woman just spontaneously combusted. The author of that post should have been clearer and let readers know that the woman was lit on fire when she was sleeping.

The heathens are out on the prowl these days. Another female teacher was busted! This woman is Reagan Gray, 26, and she's accused of having a dirty relationship with a teen boy while she was working as a volunteer at a church. This allegedly took place in 2020. She was also a teacher at the Little Rock Christian Academy and volunteered in the student ministry at the Immanuel Baptist Church.

Meanwhile, the boy didn't go to the school but he was a member at the student ministry where she was volunteering. OK, so how did they get caught? The boy's parents found some text messages on the boy's phone between Gray and him. The parents told Gray to stop messaging their son and reported the messages to the Immanuel Baptist Church.

The church asked her about what was going on, but she said nothing physical happened. The church removed her from the student ministry and made her get counseling. But she came back and this is where it all goes down hill even worse than before, according to a criminal news report by THV11<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

                        </g>:

The head pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church was interviewed in February of 2024 and shared that in Fall of 2023, Gray admitted to him during a counseling session that her relationship with the minor back in 2020 was sexual in nature.

Furthermore, the communication between Gray and the minor hadn’t stopped, despite the initial confrontation by the minor’s parents. Gray and the minor continued talking through Snapchat, according to the affidavit.

The minor underwent a Child and Adolescent Forensic Interview which was conducted by the FBI. During the interview, the minor shared that they had sexual contact with Gray, who was 23-years-old at the time of the incident.

I guess you can’t send your kids anywhere these days. It gets even worse. The lady, who got his number from the church’s music program group chat, was allegedly sending him undressed photos and expecting some back. UH. WOW. NO THANKS.

When it comes to taxpayer money, there's no one who knows how to misuse it better than this mayor! Her name is Tiffany Henyard, mayor of Dolton in Illinois, and she was BUSTED BIG TIME! But of course, as you see in the video above, she'll have all the excuses and bad answers in the world, but her credit card records don't lie and taxpayers are TICKED OFF at this waste of their money.

For a little background, Tiffany Henyard holds two public offices. One as mayor of Dolton and the second is supervisor of Thorton Township. Guess how much money those two positions pay, combined? $287,000 as of 2022, according to a political news report on WGNTV who reported on her misuse of taxpayer money. And of course, she's a Democrat. No one saw that coming, right? Tiffany Henyard is also named in a sexual assault lawsuit<g id="wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path" transform="matrix(0.046875,0,0,0.046875,0.0234375,0.02343964)">

</g>, but that’s another story for another day. Let’s see how mayor Tiffany Henyard allegedly used taxpayer money<use href="#wpil-svg-outbound-1-icon-path"></use>:

Credit card records from Thornton Township show Henyard and other officials spent nearly $67,000 on trips to Portland, Austin, Atlanta and New York City in recent months. In Atlanta, the group stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and brought home a bill of $9,347. In New York, they stayed at the Mariott Marquis in Times Square where the hotel charged the group $13,098. Airline records show everyone in the group frequently flies first class.

I’m over here shopping for discount deals to Florida and cheap car rentals, trying to save even one dollar so I can afford to eat, but Tiffany Henyard over there is spending a teacher’s salary worth of taxpayer money on HERSELF? Wow, that’s brave. It’s one thing if she took her office out to dinner once a month, but she’s traveling the country and staying at fancy places, eating fancy foods, and taxpayers are paying for it. Wow… she’s revolting – and it gets worse. WGNTV’s news article said the following about Tiffany Henyard, the rotten mayor of Dolton:

Credit card records also show township officials racked-up more than $23,000 in restaurant charges across the state from July through November. The eateries include repeated visits to Cooper’s Hawk winery and a stop Morton’s steakhouse.

“She likes the good stuff,” recalled Nakita Cloud who served as Tiffany Henyard’s chief of staff in Dolton for less than a year. Cloud said Henyard would regularly invite her aides and supporters to nice restaurants to dine at taxpayer expense despite not discussing government business. Tax dollars and resources are used to fuel Henyard’s prolific social media channels.

If you’re making almost $300k, then pay your own way. Stop abusing the system and using taxpayer money. I think she needs to be kicked out of politics, BANNED from politics, and pay the money back. She’s a disgrace to humanity, her constituents, and politics. And you want to know what else? Lori Lightfoot will be investigating her. How hilarious is that? I guess it’s good to see ‘Beetlejuice’ back in action after she stopped being mayor of Chicago.
