Woman gets heat exhaustion only 2 miles into a hike at Yosemite, costs $70k to AIRLIFT her out

You have to wonder why she thought hiking in Yosemite was a good idea at her size... in the heat... during summer.

For a group of hikers exploring Yosemite National Park, hiking would have been a great experience in one of America's most iconic national parks. However, the exploration took an unexpected turn, and the hiking group may now pay a staggering $70,000 bill for the helicopter rescue.
In a now-viral video on Instagram, one hiker ended up in an emergency rescue, but what generated the most debate online was not only the rescue itself, but also that the hike was short, sparking debate not only because of the distance and the medical emergency, but also because of the financial burden it may put on the group, who only called for help.
