You gotta love it when Joe Biden makes funny faces because he's confused about what's going on and where he's at.
Obama and that lady left Joe Biden behind and he went up to the mic and took off his glasses and he was so confused. It's funny, but it's also sad because Democrats forced this guy to be president when he clearly wasn't capable. Joe should've been on the Rebohoth Beach enjoying retirement.
