Philadelphia police have identified the masked man accused of harassing, chasing, and threatening several people near City Hall, including asking one woman if she was “ready to die.”
On Thursday, Aug. 20, authorities named the suspect as 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, stating there’s a warrant for his arrest. Investigators believe he may have left Pennsylvania and has connections to California and Nevada. Source.
