A U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service officer used a Taser at an Arizona station, igniting a fire that left a man with burns and nerve damage. According to Chuck Coyl and cellphone footage of the incident, Coyl recorded part of the July 16 encounter on the Fort Mojave Indian Reservation. He said he’s recovering at home and will need over a month of physical therapy. Coyl has not been charged in relation to the incident. source
