She did not reveal what her official title at the super PAC would be, but she made one thing crystal clear: she is not going anywhere quiet. "You guys will still see me all the time," she told the press corps before jetting off to Trump's rally in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Her resume reads like a greatest hits collection of Trump world assignments. During the first Trump administration, she worked as an assistant press secretary. Trump himself gave her a glowing sendoff on Truth Social back on August 12, calling her "one of my most trusted aides" and praising her as one of the finest press secretaries in the history of the office. He said he completely understood her desire to spend more time with her young children and family. He also made clear that she would serve as a top outside adviser and called her "an influential voice within the Republican Party" heading into the midterms.
The president laid it on thick, crediting her with fighting for "Justice, Liberty, and Freedom" going all the way back to 2018 and through his 2024 reelection victory.
