Guy on EBT says he ain't working, that's for taxpayers to do

This guy allegedly got a note in the mail that said he had to work part time in order to keep his EBT benefits.

He responds by posting a video suggesting that he's not working for anyone and that's the taxpayer's job - to work for him!
