Texas Gov. Greg Abbott responded to a lawsuit from Minnesota seeking the extradition of an ICE agent held in Cameron County, accused of shooting a Venezuelan illegal immigrant and allegedly lying about it.
Abbott said he didn’t trust Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz “on something like this” after the state’s attorney general filed suit to force the agent’s extradition over charges stemming from the incident during an ICE crackdown in Minneapolis.
