No public records show the female officer was fired. She is Casie Price of the Morris, Illinois Police Department. The 2023 shooting of Alivia Schwab (armed with a knife during a mental health call) was ruled justified.
A federal lawsuit against Price and her partner was dismissed in 2026. Department rosters list her as still active.Looks like she should probably find another profession, because being a cop is not for her.
