Gavin Newsom and multiple Democrats have LIED on social media by accusing Trump of ordering the DOJ to investigate Newsom for crimes.
CNN did some digging and revealed that it wasn't actually President Donald Trump that did this, it was the US Attorney's Office in Sacramento based on a whistleblower report.
That's actually 100x's worse for Gavin Newsom because that suggests Newsom is in some DEEP DIRT and might be doing damage control. You know it's bad when CNN is calling out a Democrat!
