Math tutor charged with sexually assaulting 13-year-old in restaurant bathroom

The man, Gregory Ward, was her math tutor at school. The incident occurred while students were on winter break. The math tutor and teen girl had a texting relationship before they met up in person and she was coerced into the bathroom. The man also recorded himself raping her in the restaurant bathroom, according to a report on Fox 13. The man was caught touching and kissing the daughter when the mom tracked the phone and went to find the teen girl. The teen victim was outside of the building with the man. He told the young girl to keep it a secret.
