Green flames bursting out of manhole at Texas Tech campus in Lubboc

Green flames were quite the spectacle at the Texas Tech Campus in Lubbock. Lubbock Fire Rescue said they were responding to “multiple fires” on campus and buildings have been evacuated in the area, according to KCBD.
