The man and woman caught on video stomping on the head of, beating, and stealing from a man in Savannah, GA have been arrested and perp-walked.
Twenty-four-year-old Elijawan Wilson was seen kicking, punching, and stomping on the head of the victim while he was unconscious, then dragging him along the pavement.
Wilson has been arrested multiple times before, including for strangulation and assault. Twenty-five-year-old Tania Phillips was also arrested and charged with assault; she’s the woman in all black in the video, seen attacking the victim and dragging him at the end. The victim is currently in the hospital with severe injuries, and we hope for his recovery.
