(Crankers) Donald Trump is getting ready to make the DOGE an even bigger reality, and we’re not talking about the crypto meme coin. This is the Department of Government Efficiency and Trump is expected to appoint Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the mission on reducing government jobs. To put this in perspective, Elon Musk got rid of most of the Twitter staff, renamed it to X, and it works PERFECTLY FINE.
So just think about what these two brilliant minds can do to reduce the wasteful spending in the government and get rid of jobs that Americans don’t really need or benefit from. Of course, the will be some backlash, but think about it like this – if the government can run on a smaller budget, then isn’t that technically less of our tax money being spent? And if less tax money is needed, then could our taxes be reduced? This is all hypothetical thinking, of course. We have no clue how this will pan out, but I know one thing – we’ve needed someone to cut the government up into pieces for decades now.
And why has no one done it before? My thought is half those government jobs were jobs that friends gave to each other. Oh, you want to run a department for this or that? Sure, here’s a job for ya, buddy! I would’ve done the same thing. The difference is that I wouldn’t spend YOUR tax money to give my friends jobs. I would spend my own business money to hire them. That’s why we need someone like Donald Trump to shake up this corrupt system. Trending Politics reported on the DOGE, quoting Donald Trump’s announcement:
“I am pleased to announce that the Great Elon Musk, working in conjunction with American Patriot Vivek Ramaswamy, will lead the Department of Government Efficiency (‘DOGE’),” the president-elect wrote in a Truth Social post on Tuesday evening. “Together, these two wonderful Americans will pave the way for my Administration to dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies – Essential to the ‘Save America’ Movement.”
“This will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone involved in Government waste, which is a lot of people!” Musk said in response to the appointment.
