(Crankers) Democrat Sen. Patty Murray slammed RFK Jr with the following statement: “RFK Jr. is a serious threat to public health and our lives. He is undermining vaccines, boosting dangerous conspiracy theories, and decimating lifesaving research. Resign or be fired. He needs to go.”
Sen. Murray was criticizing President Trump’s Secretary of Health and Human Services after Axios reported that over 1,000 HHS workers demanded RFK Jr. resign.
That’s when critics of Patty Murray brought up information from the Open Secrets website that shows the Democratic Senator as the recipient of approximately $1,623,817 coming from connections to pharmaceutical companies. The notation on top of the list of big recipients says: “this money comes from employees or PACs affiliated with the industry, not from the companies themselves.”
Sen. Murray’s critical statements against RFK Jr could be rooted in a conflict of interest linked to pharmaceutical companies.
