(Crankers) A Beverly Hills High School teacher is taking legal action over alleged racism that she claims has gone ignored since at least 2022. Her name is Bella Ivory and she’s working with attorney Brad Gage.
Someone allegedly wrote the N-word on a wall, but it was never made clear who did it. Other incidents include a student filming poo on the floor of a bathroom and making a racist comment. Another video shows female students mocking black kids in the cafeteria, saying they were ‘repulsed’ after seeing them.
The lawyer said, “It’s clear what it signifies… They are associating the presence of Black students with the cafeteria being dirty. That is the epitome of racism.” But the straw that broke the Kamala’s back appears to be when some students were wearing MAGA hats, carrying a Trump flag, and shouting ‘f*ck Kamala’ on, or around, election day.
Ivory said, according to Fox11, “the profanity combined with students congregating in front of my classroom increased my fears and those of the Black students locked inside with me.”
It’s unclear why the students were in front of the classroom. It’s possible they were waiting for the previous students to leave so they could enter the room for their lesson. Sometimes teachers run a few seconds over and the incoming students must wait in the hall. Or perhaps it was just time to switch classes, and they were waiting in the halls for their turn to enter. It all remains very unclear, but her case could just be a meal ticket out of teaching.
