Raphael Warnock is asked about the situation with President Joe Biden and the classified documents that have been discovered. Warnock appears to dodge a key question when asked if the White House should have notified people about the discovery of the docs back in November, but Warnock just rambles on an answer that sounds like what many others have been saying when confronted with similar questions.
