She also said he has a 'lack of intelligence and lack of expertise' and he is 'morally vacant but also, just, least knowledgeable about these systems that we really know of.'

My friends, this is coming from a woman who probably wasn't even a good bartender, and that's why she's a politician - a job that requires absolutely no skill, intelligence, or anything. Just look at Rep. Jasmine Crockett for example. Anyone can become a politician, even ghetto trash who wears fake eyelashes can do it.

Now what has Elon Musk contributed to society? Well, rockets, satellites, Starlink, cars that drive themselves, and he's helping to clean out the corrupt swamp ran by Deep State Democrats who robbed Americans of tax dollars to spend (or launder) them on other countries and pet projects.
