When Sen. Ernst asked to review USAID financials, they threatened to sue her

Sen. Joni Ernse wanted to review USAID financials. She asked about it and they threatened to sue her! She was literally threatened because she wanted to review the financials of a US taxpayer funded organization. You know why they said no and threatened to sue her? Because whoever was running USAID was probably corrupt and possibly committing crimes. Where did all that money really go?
