Texas cop said "everyone" gets a ticket after she didn't get 'cracked' the night before, under investigation

If you're working in public service, then DO NOT EVER make videos like this. Stay OFF social media, because one bad video can get you placed under investigation. This woman officer was joking that everyone's getting a ticket because she didn't get "cracked" the night before, which we think means getting some action if you know what I mean.

Unless she means the website Cracked, which is a very cool website - similar to Crankers.com - which is an amazing website.
