Mitch McConnell was spotted walking over to speak with the Democrats right after he voted no. It's bizarre how Mitch McConnell has not resigned or been forced out of politics yet. The man is not in the right state of mind and he can barely function at times. It's a shame that politicians stay in their job so long, even when they're half potato.
