AOC implies Congress is filled with inside trading crooks

AOC pretty much confirms to Jon Stewart that Congress is filled with inside trading crooks who get rich buying and selling stocks in industries they're responsible for regulating. This sounds about right because there are so many 'isn't that ironic' moments where stocks go up and a politician had just bought it right beforehand. it's like they knew something would happen that would trigger that stock to move up in their favor. Politicians getting rich in the stock market while making under $200k salary is something else, isn't it?
