Lady walking her dog attacked for no reason

Move along, folks, nothing unusual here—just a young woman out walking her dog, suddenly and brutally attacked by another woman. No provocation, no reason. While most people try to find common ground or resolve conflicts, some with poor self-control and limited awareness seem unable to, resorting instead to violence.
