Conservative Activist Jake Lang was attacked and maybe stabbed

Conservative activist Jake Lang was attacked at Minneapolis City Hall today, with a violent mob allegedly dragging him through the streets and reportedly stabbing him. Where was law enforcement during all this? Is it time to invoke the Insurrection Act?
