Meanwhile, check out Joe Biden in the background. Was he starting to drift off into a sleep? He always looks sleepy these days. It's a shame what the Democrats did to him. I bet he wanted to retire years ago, but the Dems turned that man into a puppet. He didn't even know what he was signing in the executive orders. He was obviously being bossed around, but no Democrats want to admit it.
