911 operator caught hanging up on callers, then the worst happens and she's to blame

A woman hired as a 911 operator started hanging up on dozens of callers, with some reports saying 47 or more in a pattern of short or abandoned calls. One of those callers was a desperate mother whose 4-month-old baby later died. When police arrived to arrest her, she acted entitled, saying, "I'm working." Faced with the call logs, she admitted, "I didn’t feel like working."
