Rep. Luna straight-up called Thune a liar! Damn! John Thune must think we’re clueless, pushing some reconciliation fantasy for the SAVE Act like we don’t know the Byrd Rule or that it can’t pass that way. And now Rep. Luna just came right out and said it.
