Disneyland employee accused of trying to meet underage child

Streamer Vitaly was kicked out of Disneyland after he caught a park employee allegedly trying to meet with an underage child for entertainment purposes. He was warned that returning to Disneyland property would result in immediate arrest - even though Disney can't arrest anyone. They should be worried that one of their employees was trying to be a creep.
