Police find drunk teen girl with 7 Pakistani men - but they charge the girl for drinking

I could not find a news article about this, however here's what they're talking about... This is the alleged story, but very alarming. Even Elon Musk was sharing this, so there must be some truth to it. They're saying a woman called the police after she heard screams. The cops found a teenage girl who was heavily intoxicated along with seven Pakistani men. The police charged the teen girl for drinking/being drunk, but they didn't even address the grown men who were probably getting ready to rape her.
