Wake up call to everyone who thinks they own a parking spot on a public street. You don't own a darn thing. You may park there 99% of the time, but if someone else parks there when you're not home, then there's really nothing you can do about it. In most cases, that person who's parked there is probably just visiting someone and will leave shortly. This guy with his fake Sebastian Bach haircut needs to chill out.
