Ashley Biden faces trouble with IRS over $250,000 donation from Meghan Markle

Fast forward to today and she's being referred to the IRS over a $250,000 donation that Meghan Markle sent to her non-profit. Ashley forgot to disclose the donation that was made in 2023 while Joe Biden was still president. Daily Mail reported:

A watchdog has contacted the tax agency after the Women's Wellness Spa(ce) didn't reveal that it had received the money in 2023 – when her father was still President – from Archewell, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's own nonprofit. The conservative National Legal and Policy Center said Ashley's organization, which is based in Philadelphia and calls itself a 'trauma-informed wellness center,' was in 'clear violation' of the reporting rules.
