Chuck Schumer suggests Democrats will block bill averting government shutdown

Democrat Chuck Schumer says "Republicans do not have the votes in the Senate to invoke cloture on the House CR. Our caucus is unified on a clean April 11th CR." So basically, the Democrats are going to be responsible for shutting down the government. Last time around, the Democrats were freaking out if the government shut down because of the Republicans. There is nothing consistent about the Democratic Party.
