Maryland police arrested 44-year-old Tshikundi Taty after discovering him disguised in a wig and posing as a woman in order to access women's gym locker rooms. Investigators say he spent hours in health clubs, including OneLife Fitness in Germantown and Planet Fitness in White Oak, to secretly record women in the shower.
