LA Mayor Karen Bass fires LAFD Chief who raised concerns over budget cuts

LA Mayor Karen Bass has fired LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley, the one who raised some serious concerns about the disgraced mayor's budget cuts that caused dozens of fire trucks and ambulances sitting in a parking lot waiting to be serviced because they needed repairs. LA Mayor Karen Bass has fired LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley. While I don't support having a DEI Fire Chief, Crowley is not the reason that at the time of the fires there were DOZENS of fire trucks and ambulances out of service.

 

This video is wild. The LA Fire Department was asked to take a $17 million budget cut last year. They didn't have money to pay mechanics to fix their vehicles so many of their trucks sat in a parking lot while they waited for other cities and states to send in help. Think about how crazy that is.

 

Gavin Newsom recently laid out a $50 Billion plan to fight climate change. California also received billions for "fire prevention" from the Biden infrastructure bill. And LA didn't have water or all its fire trucks ready for a fire they EXPECTED to happen.

 

BTW Mayor Karen Bass is launching an investigation to find out who let her take a trip to Ghana. ????

 

Fire Chief needed to go but Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom need to be held accountable as well.
