Trump mentions possibility of giving "20% of DOGE savings to American citizens"

President Donald Trump talks about the amount of money that's being saved as the DOGE team cuts all the wasted spending. Trump then mentions the possibility of giving some of the savings back to the American people. Trump said: "There's even under consideration a new concept where we give 20% of the DOGE savings to American citizens."
