Migrants declare 'Latino Freeze' after big brands DITCH DEI

Uh OH! Migrants have declared a 'Latino Freeze' after places like Walmart, Target, and McDonald's ditched or scaled back on the ridiculous DEI practices that hire people based on how they look instead of their skills and talents. It's basically a way to discriminate against white people. DEI is one of the most pointless things to ever exist. Every job should hire people based on their skills and value they bring to the company, not to fill any sort of diversity quota or other nonsense. That just eliminates potentially higher qualified people for no reason other than being a white person. DEI deserves to be banished.
